For all Organizers who will organize a bus tour for their students to the Urban Dance Showcase, please contact us. Since the interest for the Urban Dance Showcase is growing year by year. Watch out for an organized bus tour from your city.

There can be many questions when you are at an event such as the UDS. Below are a number of practical information to answer all questions.

The Urban Dance Showcase is located in Germany and is taking place in the “G5” in Eimeldingen. The event location is the perfect place for the UDS audience. Enjoy unique artists and amazing performances in comfortable cinema seats in a theatre ambience.

/////////// CHILL ZONE ///////////
All visitors can relax during the breaks at the outdoor areas or visit the restaurant which includes open air places.

/////////// AFTERSHOW PARTY ///////////
All visitors of the UDS are invited to be a part of the aftershow party. It will be in the same building.

/////////// TICKETS ///////////
All visitors have to buy tickets for the UDS. Participants of workshops have to also buy tickets.

/////////// NON SMOKING ///////////
Smoking is prohibited during the event in all areas.

/////////// DRINKS ///////////
It is prohibited to take drinks inside of the venue.

////////// PHOTO AND VIDEO ///////////
Recording videos and taking photographs are prohibited without a permission of the organizer. By not respecting the rules you can be kicked out.

The event security at the Urban Dance Showcase is there for our safety. Please respect the security staff. The security staff is authorized to examine visitors at the entrances and during the event.

The event location is accessible for wheelchairs.
